How do I make an appointment?

You can call our office with your concern, or fill the form in the left side of the page, and we will get back to you at the earliest. We work from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm , so you can choose your convenient time to call and book an appointment.

How can I replace my teeth?

If you are missing a tooth, you can go for the implant and crown procedure to replace it. The replacement tooth can be colour matched so it will fit in with the rest of the teeth.

How much does one setting cost?

The setting is done to provide comfort to the patient. The cost for an entry-level setting would depend on the patient’s requirement. You can get in touch with our office to know more about this.

What can I expect on my first visit?

We’ll ask you to fill in a few details to know your medical history. The dentist will then do a comprehensive examination of your teeth before creating a treatment plan according to your needs.

Dr. Prince K Chacko has a well-deserved reputation of being a leading and caring dentist. Apart from being the Director of Modern Dental Academy, he is also an Orthodontic expert for several clinics in Palakkad, Malappuram, Wayanad, Calicut and Kannur. He’s been in general practice since 2008, and a specialist in Implant practice in 2015.

Dr. Prince K Chacko got Masters in Immediate Loading Implantology from Germany in 2017, with specialisation in Orthodontics. He had completed his MDS from Sree Balaji Dental College & Hospital (Bharath University), Chennai, Tamil Nadu in 2008 and BDS from K.V.G Dental College and Hospital, Sullia, Karnataka in 2003. (Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore).

Dr. Anu Prince (BDS)

Dr. Anu Prince’s compassion to her patients is what makes her a class apart from other dentists. A 3rd rank holder in BDS from Mar Baselious Dental College, Kothamangalam, Dr. Anu has gained a huge amount of experience in dental implants, emergency dentistry and laser treatments. She offers unique patient care through gentleness and professionalism.

She ensures that her patients are seated in a relaxed and happy atmosphere, so they are more receptive to treatments. She also instructs them in dental health and oral hygiene.
